Dr. Bulleigh was born in Tulsa and spent the first few years there before moving to Broken Arrow. He graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 1989. Shortly after graduating, Dr. Bulleigh served a two-year LDS mission in Anaheim, California and then attended Brigham Young University where he studied zoology, graduating in 1997. Dr. Bulleigh continued working in the technology field until 2000 when he decided that what he really wanted to do was to help people with their medical needs. In 2005 he earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry with Outstanding Distinction. In 1993, Dr. Bulleigh married Jacqueline Newman and has been blessed with three fantastic children.

Dr. Bulleigh has maintained a habit of developing his skills by attending Continuing Education courses in surgery (wisdom tooth extraction), implant placement, orthodontics (braces), and endondontics (root canal therapy). He enjoys bringing the latest techniques and technology from the continued training that he receive to my patients. A childhood dental phobia has helped him to develop and make the dental teams to be aware of the anxiety that patients can have while in our office. Green Country Dental Arts strives to create and maintain an atmosphere of relaxation and compassion in all of our office locations. Dr. Bulleigh loves being a dentist and providing excellent care to help his patients improve their oral health. 

Dr. Lard was born and raised in Oak Ridge, Tn. He graduated from The University of Tennessee Knoxville with a BA in psychology and from the University of Tennessee Memphis College of Dentistry in 1999. Dr. Lard and his wife Stacy are the parents of four children and have two grandchildren. He is committed to continuing education and has maintained a strong emphasis on restorative, cosmetic and implant dentistry along with orthodontics. Dr. Lard is concerned with the comfort and satisfaction of his patients and makes great efforts to that end.
